STOCKTON - No more cheeseburgers for 9-year-old Juan Duran of Stockton.

"There's too much fat and salt," the Stockton boy concluded after observing a test tube containing the overabundance of both ingredients found in a cheeseburger. (For example, a Big Mac from McDonald's contains 29 grams of fat, or 45 percent of the daily value based on a 2,000-calorie diet, and 970 milligrams of salt, or 40 percent of the daily value).
