The Delta with Them

Restore the Delta and the State Water Contractors are on the same side of a new bill introduced Wednesday by Sen. Jerry McNerney, SB 872, to funnel $300 million in annual revenues from the state’s cap-and-trade program toward the Delta, split evenly between improving crumbling levees and repairing subsiding canals.
