State Sen. McNerney will chair Revenue and Tax Committee

California State Senator Jerry McNerney, D-Pleasanton, has been named chair of the Senate Revenue and Taxation Committee.

“I am honored to be appointed chair of the Senate Revenue and Tax Committee and to be chosen to serve on six other committees,” Sen. McNerney said.

“The Senate Revenue and Tax Committee will play a key role in ensuring that the state’s finances remain strong as we continue to build an economy that benefits all Californians.”
